   ▪ ‘My Sideways’ - share candidates interest areas / hobbies from Sports, Music, Arts, Academics, an OTT Series, Stock Markets, and more. and how it has helped students grow in terms of leadership, creativity, resilience, building diverse perspectives, or analytical thinking.
2. Faculty Interaction: After candidates application is submitted and reviewed, selected applicants will be invited for a faculty interaction on-campus or online via Zoom. We expect this to be an engaging conversation (approximately 30 to 40 mins) which helps us know students better.
3. Results: Based on candidates overall profile and faculty interactions, results will be declared in three categories - Offer, Waitlisted, or Reject.
