you can definitely do masters in it. to do masters in mechatronics, you need mechatronics in btech and you need to satisfy the eligibility of the university you want to study the masters. there are lot of colleges in india and abroad too. in india there are various colleges like IIT and NIT which offers you mechatronics
german universities are famous for it. so you can go to either uniassist or DAAD websites to apply for german universities. but you also need language proficiency.
