I have done aircraft maintainance engineering course after 12th (P, C, M) and it's not the degree. Am I eligible for CDAC ?

CDAC C-CAT, also known as the Common Admission Test, is a national level entrance exam held twice a year by the Centre for the Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC). After passing the entrance exam, the candidate will be eligible for a variety of diploma programmes.
The Basic eligibility criteria for the same is as folows:

Graduate in Engineering (10+2+4 or 10+3+3 years) in IT / Computer Science / Electronics/ Telecommunications / Electrical / Instrumentation.
OR
MSc/MS (10+2+3+2 years) in Computer Science, IT, Electronics.

Mathematics in 10+2 (exempted for candidates with Diploma + Engineering).
Please check the above eligibility criteria, according to which graduation is compulsory, suggesting that you are not eligible for the exam.

No , You are not eligible for CDAC (Centre for Development of Advanced Computing) as the basic eligibility for it is atleast a graduation degree(10+2+4/3) (different courses have different course requirement) from a government recognized college and you do not have a degree you do not meet this criteria .
If you seriously want to pursue with CDAC you should do engineering or there are so many option in aircraft maintenance field as well which you can look into.
