XLRI (Xavier Labour Relations Institute), popularly known as Xaviers School of Management was established by Jesuits Fathers, a convent of visionary founders who created a management school in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand to promote education and academic excellence in India, which was later on expanded in the establishment of a new campus at Jhajjar, Haryana in 2017, known as XLRI Delhi-NCR campus, as the campus is well connected to all the regions of Delhi-NCR. XLRI school of management has two campuses in India, the first one in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, and the second one recently established as XLRI Delhi-NCR campus at Jhajjar, Haryana.
