The highest offer of the 2024 session was approximately 38 LPA, which was offered to some of the best performers, and the average offer was around 6.5–7 LPA. The companies such as McKinsey Digital, Axis Capital, Groww, and Nestlé participated in the placement process.

Every year, FMS achieves 100% placement records in terms of both final and summer placements. The average salary package offered during the final placements is 20-25 LPA. Roles were offered in marketing, finance and consulting domains, but not in HR profile.
