As a student at Er. Perumal Manimekalai College of Engineering, Hosur, I appreciate the spacious campus spread over 25+ acres with modern classrooms and fully air-conditioned computer labs. The well-equipped labs and large central library with thousands of technical books support my learning well. Hostels are comfortable with attached bathrooms and nutritious food. Sports and gym facilities help balance academics and fitness. The college also has a medical center and shuttle services for easy commuting.
The academics are structured and aligned with Anna University guidelines. Professors are accessible and encourage practical learning, which I find helpful in understanding complex IT concepts. The curriculum includes regular workshops, seminars, and project work that enhance our industry readiness. The focus on research and hands-on sessions keeps the learning engaging and relevant to current technology trends.
Placements at PMC are steadily improving with many IT and engineering companies visiting. The placement cell organizes training sessions on interview skills and resume building, which boosted my confidence. Alumni connections and recruitment drives offer good opportunities, and seniors have secured roles in reputed firms like IBM and Wipro. Overall, the placement support here motivates me to prepare well for my future career.
For me, PMC provides a good return on investment considering the opportunities and learning environment.
The friendly atmosphere among students and disciplined environment enhance both academic focus and personal growth.
