Government Engineering College, Nawada (GEC Nawada) is a well-known institution with a legacy of providing good technical education in the region of Bihar. DEGREE WISE ADMISSION PROCESS
BTech in Civil Engineering has the highest intake of 120 seats. Admission is based on the BCECE score of the candidates. The course imparts knowledge in the diverse areas of civil engineering and prepares students to pursue careers in construction, infrastructure facilities, and allied fields.
BTech in Computer Science and Engineering receives an intake of 60 seats based on BCECE rank. The course curriculum is designed to provide students a solid foundation of computer science principles and programming skill sets.
The degree in Mechanical Engineering also has an intake of 60 seats. Its admission is based on the BCECE score of the candidate. The course in the fields of mechanical engineering includes topics such as design, manufacturing, and thermal systems.
With 60 seats, admission to this program is merit-wise through the BCECE examination. The course is committed to the study of electrical systems, power generation, and distribution to prepare students for employment in the power sector and its allied industries.
