Bhagalpur College of Engineering Bhagalpur has a training and placement cell which offers placements to its students. The company accepts the invitation of the Bhagalpur College of Engineering Bhagalpur, placement drive and shares its company details with the university. For placements at the BCE Bhagalpur, the corporate relations cell of the university invites the company to participate in the placement drive.

The company then visits the campus and conducts the BCE Bhagalpur placement process, including pre-placement talk, written test, group discussion and personal interview. Overall okay but needs some more light in this direction as it the ultimate goal of getting into any college. Many people opt for GATE exam or higher studies. Overall around 70-80% students get placed.

Placement cell has need to work a little more because placement for mechanical and civil is very decent here, average package is some around 4-5 lakh per annum, but cse and electronics has a little good placement here.
