All applicants are supposed to appear for and take the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main Paper 1 conducted under the aegis of the National Testing Agency (NTA).
NTA is expected to announce the results for the JEE Main examinations.
Once the results are declared, eligible candidates have to register for the counselling process. This is usually done through a centralised counselling system for the institutions in Uttar Pradesh.
During the counselling process, candidates fill in their preferences where they have to include GNIT with other B.Tech programmes.
The allotment of seats will be based on the JEE Main rank and choices filled by students.
If allocated a seat at GNIT, candidates need to report to the institute for document verification. Required documents are typically requested at the time of the GNIT admission procedure.
Upon successful verification, candidates will be directed to pay the requisite fees for confirming GNIT admission.
After successful deposit of the fee and fulfilling all other formalities, GNIT admission process is completed.
