Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra.
The 75% of the total seats for the all above-mentioned will be filled by online centralized counselling conducted by Haryana state counselling society, Panchkula on the basis of merit score obtained by the candidates in the entrance examination viz. JEE (For B.Tech), LEET (For BTech (Leet)) The remaining 25% plus the vacant seats from the online of will be filled by the institute itself on the basis of merit of the candidate in the above-mentioned entrance exam oi’ marks obtained by the candidate in the qualifying examination.
All those candidates who have passed the 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one the following subjects: Chemistry / Biotechnology / Computer Science / Biology from any recognized board/university within India. These candidates have to obtain a minimum of 50 % marks (45% in case candidate belongs to reserved category) in the above-mentioned subjects taken together.
B.Tech Lateral Entry Eligibility:
All those candidates who have passed 3-year diploma examination in Engineering/Technology from an AICTE approved institution; with at least 50 % marks (45 % in case candidate belongs to reserved category) in appropriate branch of engineering/technology. OR Candidates who have passed B.Sc degree from a recognized university duly approved by UGC: with at least 50 % marks (45 % in case candidate belongs to reserved category) and passed XII examination with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
