In terms of infrastructure, PIET is 5/5. The campus is big and has all the facilities which are required by students. The campus has a library, AR/VT labs, an Apple Lab, and other dedicated labs for specific programs. For students well being, PIET has a medical centre open 24/7, a gym, a sports ground, a basketball court, and an indoor sports complex. For data science, PIET has programming and computing labs equipped with the latest technologies. There are also smart classrooms and auditoriums for seminars and confrences.
Aacdemics at PIET are backed by the NAAC-A accreditation. Along with that, the major UG and PG programs offered by PIET are NBA ( National Board of Accreditation) accredited, and these rankings and accreditations are a testament to the education offered by PIET. PIET offers multidisciplinary education, which is affiliated with Kurushetra University. In Haryana, there are many colleges which offer the same program, but PIET stands out among other institutes.
Over 6000+ offers made to students by top recruiters, and more than 240 companies visit the campus to recruit students; all this is possible because of the Career Advancement Cell. The CAC department of PIET is responsible for recruitment; it organizes joint placement drives and also provides training to students through organizing seminars and workshops. One of my seniors got a job as a data analyst in a media house through the tie-ups of the Career Advancement Cell.
PIET is definitely a value for money institute; it never charges any extra fee in the name of any education scheme, which universities and colleges usually do to their students. A degree which you can earn after spending a big amount of money at other institutes can be got at PIET at reasonable prices and with better knowledge and understanding of the subject. Since i joined PIEt, i have never felt that i made some kind of wrong decision to choose PIET, and that is enough for me.
Here at PIET, i'm an active member of Riyaaz singing society; I joined this society on my first day of college during orientation. Some of my friends are in a theatre club, Some are in technical clubs, and some are in a dance society. There are more than 10 clubs and societies for students to choose from according to their interests. I performed my first live song in front of thousands of students during Maestros 2026, and that was a big moment for me. Overall, the campus life at PIET is not just limited to classes; it is beyond academics.
PIET offers an infrastructure which is designed for comfort, accessibility, and overall development of students. The academic blocks have lifts, ramps for disabled persons, and Braile keyword service in the central library. PIET has over 10 conference halls equipped with air- conditioning systems. Also, it provides free medical facilities, including a healthcare centre with a medical officer, dispensary, first aid support, and a small dormitory. Overall, the infrastructure at PIET ensures a supportive, accessible , and student friendly environment.
I chose PIET to pusue an MBA in Marketing and it was one of the best decisions that i made for my career. I had so many options to choose from, but i found PIET stands out among all other institutions . The academics here focus on practical learning . As an MBA student , in 1.5 years , I visited more than 5 companies though industry visits , and also during the winter break , I did an internship in a creative agency . Professors are supportive and experts in their field ; they have strong links in the industry , which also helps us to get internship opportunities .
PIET offers a Student Readiness Program ; the main objective of this program is to prepare students for interviews and group discussions by providing them with hands on training and practical exposure . This program helps in enhancing communities , aptitude , and logical reasoning skills , which are necessary to crack a job interview . From the first semester onwards , students are guiding through activities like seminars and workshops , ensuring continuous skill development . MBA Marketing graduates can pursue roles like Brand Manager , Digital Marketing Executive , Social Media Strategist , Sales Manager , and SEO/SEM Specialist .
The ROI which you get here at PIET is always more than what you are paying fees . In top institutions , students are paying 20-35 lakhs for pursuing an MBA in marketing , and that too doesn't provide a guaranteed job . But here at PIET , the fees are comparatively very low , but the education and amenities offered by PIET are way better than those of the so-called big management schools . PIET is one of the best institutions in Haryana to pursue an MBA , and after spending 1.5 years here , I can say that I never felt like I made a wrong decisions .
Campus life as PIET is lively and never boring . There's always something happening on campus . Events like PIET Quest and Maestros bring a lot of energy and innovation to the campus . While the event organized by the department of management studies (Pravaha) , the alumni talk series , gives real insights about corporate life , the best part which i like about the campus is the societies and clubs which are run by the students . Whether you are interested in dance or in singing , there is a club that you can join to enhance your creative skills . As a member of Riyazz Singing , there is a club that you can join to enhance your creative skills . As a member of Riyaaz Singing Society , I performed a duet song with my friend during the Maestros 2026 .
PIET has a well designed infrastructure equpped with modern amenities. PIET has AC classrooms, an open-air theatre, dedicated labs, 24/7 Wi-Fi connectivity, projectors, research spaces, sports facilities, and medical support. The whole campus is designed in way that you don't have to go for a long walk to get to another academic block; there is no hustle and bustle. Hostels are clean, and the food is good, with different types of cuisine.
Academics are the strength of PIET, and that is ensured by the NAAC A grade certification. The curriculum offered by PIET is as per global education standards. Major programs are NBA ( National Board of Accreditation) accredited, which further provides strength to the curriculum. PIET focuses on interdisciplinary learning, and this gives us the opportunity to choose electives from other programs. The curriculum includes projecrt based learning, industry visits, workshops, and internships.
I was worried while joining PIET for B.Tech because i wanted to do B.Tech with an AI and DS specialization, and it is a new program, so i was in doubt whether i made the right choice or not. But the situation is totally opposite. PIET has a dedicated placement cell named the Career Advancement Cell, which handles internships and placements. But the situation is totally opposite. PIE has a dedicated placement cell named the Career Advancement Cell, which handles internships and placements. CAC provides opportunities to students by connecting them with top companies for internships, and it also organizes joint placement drives where companies actively recruit students.
PIET is totally worth it it terms of fees. The money that you spend here on your education is returned with 100% ROI in terms of jobs. Almost 90% of students get recruited through on campus placements , and the other 10% opt for higher studies or start their own businesses. The facilities and education that PIET offers are rare to find in other colleges at this cost of education.
Last week, the AWS Cloud Club from the CSE department organized a cloud computing session where experts in cloud computing guided students and listened to their doubts. Like this, there are many clubs and socieities which students can join as per their preferences. I am a fitness enthusiast, and most of my time after classes is spent in the gym, and after the gym, i play badminton for cardio, which makes my life at PIET more meaningful. Campus life is engaging and good, with lots of events happening throughout the year.
I usually spend more time in the labs than in my own room because the setup at PIET is just that good. I am talking about high-speed systems that don't lag when you're running heavy simulations, and the whole vibe is of a modern tech infrastructure. the smart classrooms are top-notch. as for the hostels, they've managed to ditch that cold, institutional feel. It genuinely feels like a second home where you can actually relax after a long day of coding.
I honestly didn't want a degree where i would just be learning theories and practicing coding. That's why i'm so glad i picked BCA CTIS at PIET. We jumped straight into deep end with Cloud Tech and Security from day one, which was exactly what i wanted. Everything we touch, from virtualization to data protection, feels like stuff I'll actually use in a real job. It's definitely a challenge, but i finally feel like i'm learning things will give my career a strong head start.
I feel like the Career Advancement Cell (CAC) is our backbone here. They actually put in the work to get us ready. I've watched my seniors go through these intense mock interviews and grooming sessions that totally transformed how carry themselves. Since my specialization is demanding. I really appreciate that the cell brings in recruiters, specifically the Cloud and Security experts. It's a huge relief knowing there's a team working around the clock just to make sure we land our dream roles.
When i looked at the fee structure on the website, roughly INR 1,10,000 per year, i wasn't sure how this specialized BCA would be. But i'm getting industry-aligned certifications, high-end lab access, and a very focused placement cell for a fraction of what people pay at big-city private universities. For level of exposure i am getting. I feel like every rupee is an investment. It's affordable without compromising on the quality of the education or the faculty we interact with daily.
Campus life here is just WOW! I recently joined the Cloud Club's introductory session on AWS, and it was awesome to see so many people having the same mindset i do. But it's never all about screens and servers; the festivals here are legendary. Whether it's the massive vibe during Holi or the peaceful energy of Vasant Panchami, the campus literally transforms with lights and music. There's always something happening that makes you feel part of a community, and that balance is what keeps us all sane during exam season.
The infrastructure here is just incredible. It doesn't feel like those old, dusty engineering colleges you see in movies. The ECE wing is sleek, and the labs are actually updated with the stuff you'll see in the industry, like VLSI design tools and specialized loT kits that we actually get to use. the whole campus has high-speed Wi-FI, and the smart classrooms make the long lectures way less boring. It's a clean, modern space that actually makes you feel like a "techie" the moment you walk in.
Academics here are intense but in a good way. we aren't just stuck with textbooks; the focus is heavily on what's happening now in the tech world. A major highlight recently was our industrial visit to SCL Mohali. seeing semiconductor fabrication and VLSI processes up close was a wonderful moment. Also, hackathons are basically a must here. in Hacktu 7.0, the energy was off the charts, and i was so happy to see one of my own batchmates take home a win.
I will be honest about the numbers, since that's what everyone asks first. the placement cell is pretty relentless; they start preparing us early with mock interviews and coding practice. I have heard my senios getting placed with average packages of 5-6 LPA. The highest last year was 45 LPA which is just wow. Whether you are into core electronics or chasing big names like Amazon, the platform is right here. If you've got the skills, you're set for life.
If you check the official site, the fees are quite reasonable compared to the massive private universities or colleges. for about INR 1.80 lakh a year, I am getting NBA-accredited labs, the AICTE-IDEA Lab access, and exposure i'd usually only expect at an IIT. Plus, if you're smart, the PIET Quest scholarships can literally pay for you education. For me, it literally did! When i consider the placement opportunities and tech exposure, the ROI is definitely one of the best you'll find in the Delhi-NCR circuit.
The energy on campus right now is just different! We recently hosted Prof. Ved Prakash for a talk on global education trends, and it was actually super inspiring. Currently, PIET Quest 2026 is going on, and the preparation is non-stop. But it's not all work; the Maestros and Myntra Glam Fest we just had were absolutely awesome. It was the perfect mix of fun, fashion, and creativity that we all needed. It's wonderful place if you want to study hard and party harder.
The campus at PIET feels more like a high-end corporate office and less of a traditional classroom. And the CSE department is basically my playground; the labs for AI, Robotics, and Cyber Security are extraordinary. Every classroom is digital, making lectures way more engaging. Plus, the whole campus has great Wi-Fi, and the library is the perfect quiet spot to get my things done. Between the modern cafe and the green lawns, it's just a really nice place to spend your day.
The classes at PIET are tough, but they actually prep you for the real world. we don't just write endless lines of code; we're building projects with concepts like Blockchain and Cloud Computing. It's way more than just textbooks; I've spent so much time in hands-on workshops for Ethical Hacking. My Professors are awesome, too; they're more like mentors who actually care about my ideas. It's a lot of work, but knowing i'm learning what's actually relevant makes everything worth it.
The Placement scene is one of those reasons why i chose CSE here. Most of my seniors land solid jobs around 5-6 LPA on average, but seeing someone getting a 45 LPA package really keeps me motivated. Big names like Amazon and Microsoft actually show up on campus, which is exciting. Our Career Advancement Cell starts prepping us early with the Student Readiness Program. It's a lot of pressure, but the time final year rolls around, you actually feel ready for the industry.
Looking at the infrastructure and job offers my seniors are getting, i truly feel like PIET is worth every rupee. Compared to other colleges near Delhi, the fees are actually fair, and the scholarships are a lifesaver. I even get a full tuition waiver through the PIET Quest exam. Seeing big companies hire from our campus makes it clear that the return on investment is real. It's a great deal for the quality of training we get.
Campus life here is a blast. we just wrapped up the Athletic Meet, and watching our CSE team do well on the basketball court was such a highlight. but nothing beats the energy of Marstros 2026; having live celebrity performances on campus had us dancing all night. Whether we're participating through tech fests or just hanging out at the amphitheatre, the "Pietian" vibe is all about having fun while working hard. I've definitely made friends for life here.
I honestly feel like i'm working in a high-tech research hub here. as an M.Tech student, I spend most of my time in the specialized PG labs, and I love that the machines have the latest high-end processors i need for my simulations. The campus Wi-Fi is super reliable, which is a lifesaver when i'm diving deep into big data analytics or scrolling through journals in the digital library late in the evening.
There is a lot of work here, but i can tell i'm actually getting better at this, I've stopped just memorizing stuff to pass tests; now i'm learning how Cloud, Data Science, and databases really work. My professors are amazing; they treat me more like a peer, and they've been a huge help with my research papers. The way they teach makes even the most complicated system architectures make sense. It's tough, but i'm learning stuff i'll actually use.
I was really impressed when i heard our highest package hit 45 LPA! It gives me so much confidence about my future. I've been working closely with the Career Advancement Cell, and they really focus on finding me niche R&D roles. Whether i decide to go into teaching or land a high-paying role in Data Science, i know the support is there to make it happen.
Truly speaking, i feel like i'm getting value for every rupee i am spending here. The fees are very fair for the Delhi-NCR area, and i've seen firsthand how much they invest back into our labs, fields visit, and workshops. When i look at the potential of 45 LPA salary and the specialized skills i'm gaining, the ROI feels excellent.
I have had the time of my life outside the classroom too. I was right there in the crowd for the Myntra Glamour Fest, which was so fun. But Maestros was the real peak for me. Watching Pranjal Dahiya perform was amazing, and the live set by Shraddha Mishra was absolutely electrifying. I love that i can balance my heavy research with such incredible, high-energy events.
The Civil block is pretty modern, and honestly, the labs are where the magic happens. We have got some heavy-duty equipment for soil testing and concrete strength that actually works. I also spend a lot of them in the CAD labs, where the systems are fast enough to handle Revit and Staad. Pro without crashing every five minutes, which is a huge win in my book. And my favourite place is the library. It is my go-to spot when i need some peace, and the Wi-Fi is surprisingly reliable when you are trying to download massive design files.
Academics here are about way more than just sitting through a bunch of lectures; it feels like a genuine collaboration from day one. What realy sets the experience apart is the level of industry exposure you get. for my final-year project in Structural Engineering, i had the chance to work with a local construction firm studying Pre-stressed Concrete Bridges, which made everything we learned in class feel incredibly relevant.
The track record here speaks for itself. The placement cell doesn't just hand you a list of companies; they actually prep you with mock interviews and personality sessions that make a world of difference when the real recruitment drive starts. It has been great to see so many of my batchmates landing roles with really decent starting salaries. Knowing that the preparartion actually pays off takes a lot of the pressure off your shoulders.
It's definitely one of the more affordable options for a private B.Tech, especially since you are not compromising on quality equipment or faculty expertise. Every rupee spent on fees feels like a genuine investment in your future career rather than just an expense. Honestly, the networking opportunities alone, between the guest lectures and the actual site visits, make the whole experience worth it.
If you think being a Civil student means just standing in the sun with a tripod, you're missing out on the best parts of PIET. Honestly, the vibe here is what kept me going through the tough semesters. Between the heavy lab sessions, we basically live at the cafeteria, which is the unofficial headquarters for every group project and project and birthday celebration. the annual fest, Maestros, is a whole different level o energy; it's the one time you see the entire campus just vibing together. But there are smaller things too, like the late-night prep sessions in the hostel common rooms or the sudden for a cricket ,match on the grounds as soon as the last lecture ends.
The campus infrastructure is actually pretty nice and everything is centralized AC, which you will really appreciate during the summer months. For us in Cyber Security, the Digital Forensics Lab and the specialized Cryptanalysis Labs are the best spots to get hands-on experience. the Wi-Fi is solid across the campus, so whether we are at the amphitheater or grabbing a coffee at Nescafe, we are always connected.
It's not just about passing exams here. The course is deeply focused on industry 4.0, so we cover topics like Cloud security and Ethical Hacking early on. You will definitely want to have a class with Dr. Shakti Arora (HOD) or Ms.Pooja Dahiya (for AI and ML), they're both super knowledeable and also very approachable if you are struggling with a concept. The curriculum is designed to help us earn certifications like CEH ( certified Ethical Hacker) and CompTIA Security+, which are the gold standard in our Field.
The placement supoort here really takes the pressure off. If you keep your CGPA above 7 and actually work on those certifications, you are in a good spot. Companies like Accenture, TCS, and the KG group are frequent visitors. I have seen seniors landing packages in the 12-15 LPA range, which is awesome. The placement cell starts training us in aptitude and logical reasoning from the second year itself, so by the time the 7th semester hits, you are already ready with the skills to crack the interview.
If you look at the total fees, it is a fair deal considering the high-tech lab access and the kind of placement support we get. Plus, if you did well in your 12th or JEE, the PIET QUEST scholarship can really broing that cost down. some people even get a 100% tution waiver. When you look at the global certifications and the network you build, it feels like a solid investment in your future.
Okay, let's be real: the academics are fine, but PIET's fests are the real deal. I am still not over the last Maestros fest; the celebrity night was no doubt the best one, and the reels on @connectatpiet are cool, but they don't even come close to the actual energy on the ground. Even the smaller events like Carbuncle for fresher or the Mudra dance society performances keep the campus buzzing. Between classes, you will mostly find us at the cafeteria or the food court; the vibe there is 10/10. I must say the campus life at PIET is a perfect mix of "study hard, party harder," which makes the hostel life here actually bearable.
I've spent a lot of my time lately in the labs at PIET, and honestly, the infrastructure is what made my B.Tech LEET journey much easier. For my AI & ML project work, having access to the AICTE IDEA Lab and the robotics setup was a game-changer. I didn't have to worry about hardware limitations. I also rely on the specialized Lecture Capture Impartus system to rewatch lectures when i need to catch up. With the 1.4 Gbps Wi-Fi and the tech-heavy vibe, it truly feels like a modern hub built for us.
Since I joined through lateral entry, I jumped straight into the second year. It was a bit fast at first, but the teachers were helpful. I really appreciate Dr. Devendra Prasad's guidance in mastering the networking theories and machine learning techniques. Whenever i get stuck on a tough piece of code or a logic error, he would take the time to sit down and walk me through it until i got it right. But the best part is that i spend most of my time in the labs. My ML project work was a huge part of my learning; I wasn't just reading books; I was building models. For this, I worked in the Intel Intelligent Systems Lab and used the NPTEL resources to stay ahead of the curve. there is no doubt; the faculty is high-class and approachable, the curriculum is industry-oriented, and i have to say my time at PIET has truly been one of the best experiences of my life.
The Career Advancement Cell acts as our primary bridge to the professional world. They bring in hundreds of recruiters from every imaginable field. I've seen major tech names like Microsoft, Amazon, and and flipkart, as well as manufacturing giants like JSW Steel and L&T Infotech. No matter what your dream job looks like, a visiting company arrives here ready to give your asprirations the wings to fly.
I would say it's a very fair deal. I got access to high-tech labs and a great library without the massive fees i would have at big private universities in Delhi. since I am a LEET student, I am finishing my degree in three years, which saves me a lot of money and gets me into a job faster. for the quality of the labs and the teachers, it's definitely a smart investment. On top of that, because the campus is so well-equipped, I don't feel the need to spend extra on outside coaching or expensive online courses; everything i need is right here. When i look at the industry exposure i am getting compared to what i am paying, it really feels like i am getting great value for my money.
Campus life at PIET is where i truly find my balance and destress. The green, open spaces mean i never feel stuck in a boring building all day. i personally dive into tech events like Codex and Spardha, which have been incredible for testing my coding skills and connecting with people who share my obsession with AI. When we aren;t in the labs, you'll usually find us hanging out at the open-air amphitheatre or grabbing a bite in the canteen. I really feel that sense of community here, especially through student clubs that cover everything from photography to robotics. Whether I'm enjoying the high energy of the Maestros fest or just relaxing on the lawns after a long day of classes, this place feels like a second home. It's where i get to be a total tech enthusiast while still maintaining a great social life.
I have attatched the links for seth jai prakash mukund lal institute of engineering and technology yamunanagar and panipat institute of engineering and technology panipat for you to compare. While Chandigarh University will look good on your C.V. you will have better placement opportunities in the other two colleges. PIET
Hello,
Chandigarh University is the best University and it is much better than Chitkara. It is NAAC A+ Accredited University. Chandigarh University has professional tie-ups with many top professional National and International Universities to offer best learning experience in India.
It is one of the best universities in India and
