The campus has good lab facilities for computer-based learning, proper seating in classrooms, and a well-organized library with management books, journals, and reference materials. Wi-Fi is available throughout the campus and hostels, which assists students during research and project work. The food served in the mess is hygienic and tastes decent.
Teachers have a strong command of their subjects and explain concepts using real-life examples, presentations, and case studies. The university emphasizes students’ career growth and personality development, creating a positive and encouraging learning environment.
The highest package offered was around 8 to 9 LPA, mainly for students with strong analytical and communication skills. The lowest package was around 3 to 3.5 LPA. Companies that visited the campus included Deloitte Support Services, Berger Paints, Lenskart Corporate Office, Tata Consumer Sales Division, Byju’s Business Team, and InfoEdge (Naukri Group).
The campus setup at Kalka Institute is modest but useful for undergraduate studies. Teaching rooms are arranged to support regular lectures and student interaction. The library acts as a quiet study corner with necessary textbooks and reference material.
Practical tasks, classroom discussions, and project work help link theory with business scenarios. The curriculum helps students build confidence, discipline, and a basic understanding of the management field.
The placement cell shares information about internships, entry-level openings, and skill-based roles. Training sessions on communication, workplace etiquette, and interview handling are conducted to make students industry-aware.
