As a student at MKCE, I can say that the college offers numerous facilities. One such facility is the "MIC PORTAL," where we document our weekly mentor sessions. During these sessions, we discuss various topics, and the updates are recorded on the portal. Additionally, mentors provide feedback based on these discussions.

I have a well-structured curriculum in my department at MKCE. In my 7th semester, I studied subjects like Manufacturing Technology and Engineering Materials and Metallurgy , which provided insights into both the scientific and technological aspects of various additive and formative rapid manufacturing processes.

The placement cell is performing well, as many of my senior students have secured positions at TCS. Additionally, I have received an offer from INGAGE, along with me 17 other students from our batch got the offer from that company.

As of the last semester, I completed a Japanese language training program offered by the college, reaching N3 level, which is sufficient to secure a good position in Japanese companies. One of my friends, who also completed the N3 level, attended an interview this semester and was successfully placed with a competitive package.

The infrastructure for day scholars is really good. As I come from a long distance, my college provides excellent bus facilities. We have a dedicated website called "Bus Booking," where students can reserve their seats for the entire semester.

The infrastructure at my college, MKCE, includes smart classrooms, a Wi-Fi-enabled campus with 1.5 Gbps internet, ICT-enabled classrooms, an in-house ERP system, hostel facilities with a mess, a 24/7 medical facility, an ATM, and more.

The academic quality at MKCE is excellent. In my 3rd semester, I studied Design and Analysis of Algorithms, which included both theory and lab sessions. The lab sessions were conducted through Codetantra, where we implemented algorithms in C, such as Greedy Algorithms, the Traveling Salesman Problem, and the Knapsack Problem etc.

Additionally, common-use computers are available, allowing us to utilize them during library periods or free time for academic purposes.

The placement cell is actively working for the benefit of students. While recruitment opportunities may be limited, the team puts in its best efforts to develop students' skills and enhance their employability. Notably, students from our department have secured placements at Hexaware.
