SPJIMR’s  Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP) is a 21-month modular Executive MBA programme that enables middle and senior management executives to transition into leadership roles. It helps high-potential professionals with more than five years of work experience pursue formal management education without taking a career break. PGEMP is recognised for addressing the industry need to develop managerial competencies and create a robust leadership pipeline for the organisation. It is accredited by the AMBA (Association of MBAs) in the United Kingdom, reflecting the highest level of success in postgraduate business education.


Eligibility Criteria

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline.

      * Diploma holders with ten years of experience may also apply

           Work Experience: Minimum work experience of five years after graduation.

            Academic Record: A good consistent academic record with a minimum of 50% marks at graduation.

Selection Process

selection process lays considerable emphasis on the ability of the candidate to put in time and effort for this programme, his/her managerial aptitude as well as maturity, ethics and values.

The selection process takes around half a day and it comprises of:

  • Test of Reasoning
  • Group discussion
  • Personal Interview

We also accept test scores of Executive Assessment (EA), administered by the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC), creators of the GMAT® exam.
