Thank You!!!

With 219 marks and AIR 7,21,128 in NEET 2025 (General Category), it is very difficult to get a Government BAMS college in Maharashtra. However, you may get a seat in private BAMS colleges through management quota or in the mop-up/stray vacancy rounds if seats remain vacant.

You should also apply through the Maharashtra State AYUSH counselling portal and explore private BAMS colleges.

Other state students can secure admission to BAMS at Patanjali Ayurved College, Haridwar via the AIQ (All India Quota) counselling conducted by AACCC, after qualifying in NEET-UG. You cannot apply through Uttarakhand state quota—only AIQ is available for outside state candidates.

Hi!

So, you’re asking about BAMS colleges in Anand, Gujarat with low cutoff marks. In Gujarat, BAMS admissions are done based on NEET scores. For general category students, most government BAMS colleges in Gujarat have cutoffs around 400+ marks, but for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/EWS), it can be a bit lower usually 300–380 marks, depending on competition. Now, Anand doesn’t have a government BAMS college directly in the city, but nearby areas have private BAMS colleges that accept lower scores. Some of them are:

  • Shree O.H. Nazar Ayurved College, Surat (may accept 250–300 for management quota)
  • Anand Ayurved College (Private/Trust-based colleges) in nearby districts might have lower cutoffs especially in management or NRI quota.

If your NEET score is around 250–350, you might not get into a government seat, but you can try for private seats or management quota, also you must register for the ACPUGMEC Gujarat counselling and select your preferences. Fill as many options as possible to increase your chances.

Good luck !
