Admission to NIA is based on the NEET UG score, with the expected cutoff for admission to the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) program for the general category being ranked at 28172. However, it is important to note that the cutoff may vary from year to year and depends on several factors, including the number of applicants, the difficulty of the NEET UG exam, and the number of available seats.

Have a question related to NIA Jaipur ?

hii mam my name is mohit kumar and i am interested in bams and my neet score is above 300 so i want to know fee structure and other admission details

Hello Mohit,

As you also know that your score of 300 out of 720 in NEET (UG) 2022 doesn't make you eligible enough to get MBBS Seat in any Government Medical Colleges across India.

Also, at your marks, chances of getting best Government Medical Colleges for BAMS is also negligible. But yes, you still have chances to get BAMS into some Ayurveda Colleges.

Here are some Government BAMS colleges along with its fees structure in which you may get admission :-

  1. Tilak Ayurved Mahavidyalaya, Pune - Rs. 50K/year
  2. Dr BRKR Government Ayurved Medical College, Hyderabad - Rs. 11K/year
  3. Government Autonomous Ayurved College and Hospital, Jabalpur - Rs. 14K/year
  4. Lalit Hari State Post Graduate Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Pilibhit - Rs. 19K/year

I would also like to put your attention that you also have the option to take a Drop and make yourself eligible to get MBBS Seat in Government Medical College. But, as you have mentioned in your question that you are interested in BAMS then absolutely choice will be always yours. We are here to guide and help you in every way possible.

You also have the option to go for Private Medical Colleges for MBBS if you don't want to take drop. Fees for the same varies from Rs. 10 Lakhs to 1 Crore per Year. But, choosing Drop or BAMS rather than Private Medical Colleges is more better for you.
