Evaluation process
The course conducts an internal assessment, and even a final exam, the marks of which are added at the end to offer the certificate. The total marks considered are 30 from the internal assessment, and 70 from the proctored examination.

The instructor for this course shall be Prof. (Dr.) Anupama Goel. She is currently a faculty in National Law University Delhi. She has done her specialization in Constitutional Law, Public International Law, Judicial process, Interpretation of Statutes, Consumer and Tort Law and Human rights.
Participants can refer to Australian Federal Constitutional Law by Collin Howard, Constitutional law of India (3 Vols) by H.M.Seervai, The Shorter Constitution of India by D.D. Basu and Constitutional Law of India by J.N.Pandey
The course evaluation includes an internal assessment of 30 marks and a proctored examination of 70 marks which the participants are required to appear for and clear.

All courses by Swayam have different durations. They vary from 4 weeks to 12 weeks to 24 weeks.
