AS i was unable to apply for AYUSH CAP round 4 so i am seeeking for offline admission in BAMS ? As i also cleared CET entrance exam (PCB)

Yes, you may still have options for BAMS admission through institution-level rounds, also known as stray vacancy rounds, provided you meet the NEET UG qualification criteria. Admission to BAMS courses is strictly based on NEET UG scores, and the counselling process is highly regulated. Missing the initial CAP rounds doesn't necessarily disqualify you from all possibility.
