2 sudject failed what to do it?

Hello Sunil,
you should have mentioned more details for a more appropriate answer like the class you are in and the board you are from.
Though if you failed in 2 subjects then you can appear for compartmental and pass with a clean grade sheet. Check for the dates in CBSE official website.
