ji haan agar aap OBC ya koi aur category k ho toh shayad mil saktha hei , but there are few chances to get a seat evn you belong to UR category. Govt. college toh thoda mushkil hei milna but you can get top private colleges and DU's as well.
Toh aap try zarror kare Mop Up Round k liye!(Only if don't get a seat in 2nd round then go for Mopup round)
