Yes you can. Though It is a bit tough to get admission in a top rated engineering college but you should apply all good engineering colleges.

Each & Every students get admission Who appered for JEE main..Just standard of colleges are different according to Percentile..
At 67% in JEE You have to Looking forward To local state Engineering Collge..As per my knowledge Local state college have More than 90% seats For State students..Soo You have better opportunity in that..
The colleges You may get is Not Good as compare to IITs & NITs you know that But if you will become an Topper of that college then It may be fruitful for you after 4 years..So Do hardwork..Every cloud has silver lining..so Don't lose hope..
