Actuvally i don't know about dd payment method but today 28th is my counselling date is there any chance for attending the counselling on 29
They allot a fixed date for everyone, but since you have an emergency try to request at the councelling centre about allowing you to come on 29 or paying the fees later. You should always try to be on time in these things. The processes are same for everyone, so people face difficulties if system has to lag for a single person.

I don't think that this will be the right place for me to tell you about the DD payment method.
So i think if today was your counselling date then there will be no use of you miss today's date but if you attend the counselling tomorrow so it will be of no use.
Because in COMEDK counselling the student's counselling date is fixed if you reach one day later,then i think you might not be allowed.
But i want to suggest you to call the counselling authoriites and ask them about this issue.
