Steps to fill Goa Polytechnic 2021 Application Form:-

The authorities released the online Goa diploma admission 2021 application form 2021. In the application form, candidates had to enter details related to various sections such as academic, personal, and contact.

Personal details

• Name of candidate (in Block Letters as mentioned in HSSC/SSC documents)

• Gender

• Date of birth

• Nationality

Contact details

• Permanent address/mailing address

• Contact number

Qualifying exam details

• Total marks

• Marks obtained

After entering all the necessary details, candidates will have to then choose the course they would like to take admission in. Admission to engineering courses will be done on the basis of marks secured in SSC.

Lastly, candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 1300. Candidates will have to issue a demand draft of Rs 1300 which is to be remitted in the Account of “Directorate of Technical Education” with client code ‘DIRECTOR EDU’ in any branch of HDFC Bank in the State of Goa, or any other approved mode of remittance as may be duly notified.

Candidates had to attach self-attested photocopies of the certificates and below is a list of all the important documents or certificates.

• Certificate of date of birth

• Marksheets and certificate/provisional certificate of passing HSSC(Sci./ Voc)/)/ I.T.I

• School/college leaving certificate

• Certificate of residence/Bonafide from school

• Documents for relaxation in the period of residence, if any

• Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC) for fee concession

• Acknowledgment card with photograph

• Income certificate

• Aadhaar Card

• Certificate supporting a claim for additional marks

• Any other relevant documents.

• Demand Draft of the fee.
