After entering the otp for payment a window is appearing saying "PBE10002-Do not honour your application could not be submitted" what to do?

Dear Sireesha, this error happens when submitting a payment either with a debit or credit card. It happens when the bank is unwilling to accept the transaction as the card used doesnt support online transactions. Am sure you must have checked the bank information while entering the card details. This happens with few cards which are not acceoted for online transactions. I would suggest you to use another card. Or you can also pay using net banking.
