after giving Iit jam exam does documents verification is done if someone have any problems in date of birth in the time of form fill-up does it effects admissions if someone qualified

Yes according to the guidelines provided by JAM examination committee, no correction in the application form will be accepted after the admit card has been released and that has already happened. So yes in such a case you are liable to not get selected even if you pass the examination and qualified because of error in application during admission process. You can try to contact the authorities and try to make your point. Nothing else can be done otherwise
