Yes, final year students can apply for IIT JAM Exam.

But you must submit all your documents by 30th Sept 2019.

IIT JAM online registration has been started from 5th Sept and will end on 10th October. So, fill you online form on or before 10th Oct.

If you are appearing in JAM Exam for the first time then you may face problems while filling your form.

Yes, If you are appearing for your final exams of BSc in 2019 you can appear for JAM 2019 provided you submit the proof of passing the qualifying examination to the admitted institute by September 30, 2019. You would require a minimum  aggregate of 55% or 5.5/10 combining all the years to be Eligible if you belong to the general category.
