After Understanding a Topic I doing ratta of question answers because my English is not good I am not able to write answers. So this is the right way to study or Any other way please tell me. And I think that after reaching bigger classes how I doing ratta.

See the only solution for your problem is to learn English, and it's going to help you tremendously, see memorization in repetitive manner can only help to a certain extent as few subjects may demand of remembrance for example in history, however rote learning is not a solution for all subjects, if you don't comprehend something you will struggle a lot, and more importantly our memory power too has its own limitations, for example if you make an effort to comprehend a particular chapter even in arts subjects, you can write down it in your own words in exam, you won't panic that you can't remember anything, of course there are certain things in which remembrance is essential say for example writers and their work in literature, mathematical equations, even in science subjects for that matter such as metals and their formula, plants and animals with their scientific names etc, so these are few of the basic concepts where memorization is essential, other than this broadly speaking try to comprehend rather than following the process of rote learning.

you have to comprehend what is your problem in learning English, is it comprehension, is it vocabulary, are you finding it difficult to form sentences, so basically learn the fundamentals concepts of grammar, and start reading newspapers/blogs, there are various youtube channels which you watch, and do so religiously, learning english is not a herculean task, and trust me you will do well, English today has become a global language, it's not restricted to a specific country and its people and the significance it holds is tremendous, and once you gain a good command over it, it will help you a lot for your career in terms of higher education, and job opportunities.
