Hello Shrestha,
MCC conduct 50% All India Quota seats counselling for this you will not be required the doimicile of the particular state but state quota seats (50%) you should have completed MBBS programme from that particular state, also you should have the Domicile of the state.
What do you mean by Temporary Domicile. Which particular state you wish to know about mention accordingly I can help you about.
