As madhaya pradesh is closed State if seats remain vaccant after second round will they go under mcc all india ??

Hi !
The seats which are reserved for the state can only be allocated to the applicants of that particular states even though the seats doesn't get filled.
And vice versa as well, they are not allowed to get the all india open seats of their own state.
