Hello,
For any course you will do, salary mostly depends on the college/institution where you pursue the degree.If you will do B.E/.B.tech from IITs you can get package upto 20lakhs-1 crores per annum.
If you will pursue MBA from IIMs then you can get package ranging from 10lakhs- 2 crores.
If you will do B.Tech or MBA from any private college then you will get package of 4-8 LPA.
When it comes to Ph.D,same thing applied here too and whether you want to enter research field or teaching field.
