Minimum percentage for admission in BA depends on college to college. While some college may require you to have 75%+, others may set it at 65%+ and some may don't even have a minimum percentage.
It's on you as you have to decide which college you want to target and then see what's the minimum percentage criteria of that particular college.
But in general, the better the percentage, the better it is.
