Hello.
I have studied in one of the government college of Panjab University in Ludhiana. The simple process is to submit prospectus of particular college and wait for the merit list, if your name is in the list then you are lucky because its hard to get admissions in Panjab Universitys colleges because the cut off is always high. Your counselling will be held on a day and they will check your all original certificates.
Then just submit the fees and join the classes.
