Just follow Ncert . Its like bgagwan for medical students

Follow previous year question papers book first. I preffered MTG books during my PMT days. However you can also go for Arihants.. They are also good.
For practicising individual subjects you can go with Objective dinesh/ aakash module for chemistry..
While for physics i preffered Universal question bank book .. you can also go for objective dinesh/modern abc/ or any other good objective book..
