Hii.Your category rank is very good.
As per the previous year cutoffs and the fact that you belong from ST category you have good chance of getting higher ranked NITs such as NIT Warangal, NIT Trichy, NIT Surathkal, NIT Allahabad,etc for the preferred branch.
You should also try to score good in JEE Advanced to get good IIT .
