Can a person apply in neet ug state counselling for two states provided he has the domiciles of both the states?

First of all I would like to inform you that it is an offence to have two domicile of different states.
Domicile tells the of where the domicile holder is a resident of.
How can anyone live in two places at the same ?
It is illegal to have two domicile ,therefore I advice you to surrender one .
Coming to NEET, once you apply with one domicile you would be considered as an out-of-state-candidate for the other states and will not have access to government medical college under 85% state quota.
