Can a pilot become a scientist in ISRO?

To be a pilot you straight off start your training to get a pilot licence post you complete your plus 2. Whereas to be a scientist at ISRO you need to have completed your B.tech/B.E in any of the domains with a minimum 65% aggregate percentage.
So these two are very different streams and hence you need to choose anyone of them.
