Can anyone say,,,josaa 3rd round released i got in punjab in 2nd round on jee main...but the opening and closing rank same as 2nd round.....

Yes it is possible.
If there is no seat vacant after 2nd round and students who got that seat in 2nd round do not get upgraded .
And one more case if the vacant seats are there but no one fill that seat in the preference.
So it is possible don't worry .
It may goes up in next round .
