Can anyone tell me, will my form gets rejected if I have entered class 11 hall ticket number instead of class 12 in AIIMS final registration

I did the same mistake and I sent them a mail. They corrected it for me. I think they must have corrected it for you by now.

You will be able to write your exams as they will only be checking your AIIMS application sheet.
You will face problem during Counselling if selected. While your documents will be verified, you need to submit your +2 results copy. The officials have the sheet of roll no corresponding details with them. And if they cross check and find it wrong, your admission may be cancelled.
However it the worst of scenario that I have portrayed. You better concentrate on your exams, and later this part may be handled if you get selected.

Sir, Are you sure that I will be able to write exam?And can we convince the authority by showing the mails I have sent to them, if I get selected?
I may not be sure but confident that you might be allowed to give the exam because you are allowed only to take your application sheet and pen inside the centre. The application do not contain the roll number or if present due to huge candidate load, they only check for cheat means and ID.The decision to allow rests upon the authority itself. When I was in my counselling for AIIMS, they straight away rejected applications that had faults in paper or documents. It was back in 2016 when Delhi used to check. Now it might have changed , can't say.
