As far as the Higher Secondary Board is considered if you have Chemistry as a subject combination in 10+2 then you can sit for NEET Examination, provided Physics and Biology are two other combinations. So in 10+2 there is no such additional subject, you have 4 subjects other than language and the one with least marks is not considered while calculating NEET Score.
