Don't panic as you need to fill a new application form.COMEDK UGET 2020 Application Form has been extended till 05 May 2020 due to COVID-19 lockdown.Once the application process gets over.The exam authorities will open the correction window shortly and probably withing a week and you will be able to do desire changes in your application form which you have submitted.
