Can I get a seat in top nits if my JEE main percentile is 95.72 in JEE mains jan 2019 , I being an OBC NCL girl??

hey,
congratulations on getting an amazing score. Your percentile is quite good so you have more chances of getting in top NITs. But the final list of NITs will come after april session. So wait for april to get the list. Also the result may fluctuate after the april session as the ranks will change.

But my air will be around 37000 isn't? Can I get a seat with that rank under OBC NCL girls quota?

Yes you can and you have high chances of getting in nit. But just wait for the result for an official declaration.
