You have not mentioned your category. assuming that you belong to General category, then as per the details mentioned by you you have chances of getting into Bsc course in University of Delhi. However, you'll face difficulty in getting into top colleges for Bsc under Delhi university ( particularly north campus) but in last few cut offs you can get decent colleges.
