Hope you are doing well. Your expected rank according to marks is about 442479- 512629. It will be difficult for you to get government seat for bhms in all India quota as the cutoff for AIQ is around 520- 540.
Since you didn't mention the name of your state it will be difficult to predict your state rank and college you get .
But you can try for private seat for bhms.

Hello aspirant,
BHMS and BAMS government colleges demand a bit high score in NEET than you have scored.....
you will be able to apply in private medical colleges for bhms.....Fees may be higher than the other colleges...
You have good chances to get a seat in bhms course for any private medical college.....
