430 is bit less for a govt medical college. This year we are already expecting rise in cut off. So it is bit tough to say that you will get a govt college. In NEET, there is no army quota. I will ask you to not waste much time and focus on your studies. Keep calm and don't get disheartened. Wait for results and just check what they will offer you. But still keep your studies in focus.
