No, you can't miss your middle name in AIIMS application, y
our name should be same in 10th and 12th certificate.
If you want to change your name then after the MBBS degree the name changes, which will be printed on your MBBS degree.

Can I change my name before mbbs, when filling admission form of medical College?

Dear,It is a legal process. First you should consult your respective advocate, then he will try to make a notary for change the name in 10th marksheet first, if it's success then think about 12th marksheet. It's quite lengthy process.I think you understand.
