can i learn B.tech and ML together in PSG College
See PSG College don't offer any course which is directly induced towards the Machine learning field. Now if you want to learn the Machine Learning, then you can go for the course of BE Computer Science and Engineering and you can choose the Departmental Elective of Machine learning or Data Science or Artificial Intelligence. So this way you can achieve it but there are no allied specialization course available at the college.

Yes you can learn ML and btech courses together. Department of Robotics and Automation Engineering provides ML courses or else if you are in other branches you can take up ML as an side course.
