Hey dear if you haven't sign any bond of the college then there will be no problem
For example BHU college and bhartividyapeeth Pune college have bond that if they leave the college then they have to pay penalty they will charge huge amount
Try to remember if you sign any bond!!
If you haven't sign like that then you can easily drop the college and take your documents with yourself ,you have right !!
You should try to contact your college and try to talk to them and explain the matter and request them to give your documents!!
