To apply for UCEED, candidates had to upload the following documents in PDF format:
- A passport-size photo of yourself, taken in the last six months, with your face occupying 70% to 80% of the frame.
- A scanned copy of your signature on a blank paper.
- A certificate or mark sheet of your qualifying exam (Class 12 or equivalent), or a letter from your school/college principal as per Appendix-1 of UCEED information brochure, if you are appearing for the qualifying exam in 2026.
- A certificate of your caste (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS), if applicable, as per the prescribed format.
- A certificate of your disability (PwD), if applicable, as per the prescribed format.
- A certificate of your nationality (PIO/OCI), if applicable. The documents should be clear and readable.
