Can we join soldier clerk post after graduation?

There is an age limit to apply for this position that is maximum age is 23 years. Otherwise the criteria after graduation is:
Graduation with bsc with Maths and English. If you had no Maths then more than 50% in English and more than 50% in 10th or 12th class etc.
There is a proper medical test conducted where your physical standards are tested too.
