The cut-off depends on how the student have given the exam, how many students have given the exam, difficulty level. As number of students are less, this does not indicate that the cut-off will be low. As the exam is in September, students got extra time to study in comparison to the April attempt. It's hard to say whether cutoff for branches in different NIT's & IIT's vary too much though in sept. JEE no. Of candidates is been reduced by 7.12% as that of JEE January.
You can wait for the cutoff.
